Hi, I’m Apryl.

If you’re visiting my website, I want you to know is that I’m sending an abundance of loving, positive, healing energy your way.

I believe deeply in the connection between the body, mind, and spirit, and I’ve dedicated much of my life to helping others feel better, reconnect with themselves, and create space for healing and change.

I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2011 and opened Luna Massage & Bodywork in 2014. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with so many different people, each coming to me for their own reasons. Some are looking for relief from chronic tension or discomfort. Others simply need an hour to slow down, quiet their mind, and take care of themselves.

My approach to massage is personal and intuitive because I don’t believe every body needs the same thing. I listen to what you tell me, pay attention to what I feel in the body, and customize each session around what you need that day. Sometimes that means focused, therapeutic work. Other times, what your body needs most is permission to relax and let go. Often, it’s a combination of both.

My work has continued to evolve beyond massage and bodywork. My background in yoga, Reiki, Spiritual Response Therapy, and Quantum Healing Hypnosis has given me an even deeper appreciation for the many ways we hold stress, emotion, and life experiences within us.

While Luna Massage & Bodywork is a place to care for the physical body, the philosophy behind my work has always been about the whole person.

I believe your life really can shift in an instant. Sometimes that shift begins with something as simple as giving yourself the time and space to stop, breathe, reconnect, and listen to what your body has been trying to tell you.

My intention is to offer you a comfortable, welcoming space where you can begin—or continue—your own process of healing, whatever that may look like for you.
